A list of players who retired this season or pretty sure retire by the end of the year. In order of their career high

Note, not all are official, as I said this could be the worst scenario

I think I can say for sure that Tina Pisnik and Maja Matevžič aren`t planning to retire just yet. But they are injured so when they will return is under question...

However there are plenty of young 'uns coming through who have the potential to do just as well. So it's not all doom and gloom.

I'm so sick of seeing Capriati's name on these lists. How many times does it have to be reported that she's training down in Florida as we speak for a January return.

Considering Chanda was entered in a tournament recently (despite pulling out), I don't see why you'd add her to the list.

And pretty much all of the players on your second will be back next year. A few of them have had great seasons in fact, like Kloesel.
