Which players' style of play contrasts the most with her physical appearance?

I should rather say "... with the stereotype associated with her physical appearance".

Like: very tall = big serve, power-player.
Or: rather small = weak serve, baseliner, lots of top-spin.

Klara Koukalova for example is pretty small and always looks like she's about to cry, but not many players hit as hard as her.

And you wouldn't expect players like Daniilidou and Dementieva to have crappy serves.

Any more?

Maria S - You wouldn't expect her to hit that hard. When I first saw her, I thought she was going to be another Anna K.

Capriati - doesn't seem fast

Amelie - Looks like someone who hits the crap out of the ball instead of loopy spins.

JHH: you would think she would be a scrapper, but she doesn't play like that at all!!

Some good ones mentioned already:

Venus- most tall players don't move like her and don't bend like she does. She can handle low balls with relative ease.

JCap- she looks a lot slower than she really is, as mentioned above.

Some others:

Mauresmo- she looks like she's pure power, especially with her muscular physique and broad shoulders, but in actuallity she has great touch and feel. The irony is sometimes she could use a little more punch in some of her shots.

Justine- she's so short and frail looking, but she's got just as much fire power as any of the 'bigger' girls on tour.

Lindsay- she looks like she would be a grunter on the court, but she's actually one of the more quiter players on tour.

Sania Mirza doesn't look like she'd hit as hard as she does. And she looks like she'd be faster than she is too.

Hantuchova and Myskina hit a whole lot harder than what they look like.

Myskina doesn't look like one to hit hard and flat

Justine obviously doesnt look like she would rely on a power game

You wouldn't think Serena could be such a great defender having to carry around all that tits and ass, but girl can move. When she is fit.

Karolina Sprem is very lean, and she's a gigantic hitter.

That's because Maria Sharapova's power comes from natural flair and timing, rather than huge muscles!

But then, Maria is 6'2", which obviously is an advantage to her serve. Iroda Tulyaganova is only 5'7", yet can serve up to 119mph (or could until her elbow-injury ).

Jelena Dokic doesn't look like a strong girl physically, but like Maria, she achieves flairsome power through beautiful technique. And Daniela Hantuchová: sharp, flairsome groundstrokes with very little muscular effort compared with the Williams sisters &c.
