Does anyone know what the injury was? Hopefully it is not that bad and Shinobu will be back soon. Get better soon Shinobu!!!
Shahar Peer has replaced Shinobu as 7th Seed.

I was reading that Shinou has withdrawn becoz of a hip injury. Hope to see you back soon Shinobu!

yea, she said her hip joint is hurt during the practice.
she's very disappointed tho... since she's been to korea so many times... and she knows many people from the tournament too...

and on the same court, shino mentioned that korea's cho hurt herself on her lower back too... i hope she's ok...

shino's still willing to play in tokyo next week...

I really wanetd Shino and YJ to play here!!! Uggghhh...hope YJ isn't out as long as she was elarier this year.....GO SHINOBU IN TOKYO! Sounds like maybe her injury isn't so bad...
