Why would I be joking?

Okay, they aren't the innovative and sexy tennis designs out today, but these ones are very classy, proper, and fit Martina to a 'T'. I like the collection she put out that year (2000).

Let them eat cake.

I would say the best outfit EVER was the 2003 Wimbledon Dress for Venus. Most daring is Serena's first catsuit in 2002. That thing was on fire and so was Serena at that tournament.

I also loved Kournikova's '00 outfits- similar to Hingis', just looked more "Anna K."

Yes, I know they are just "average". But, a lot of players wear nasty things on the court over one season and this was not the case with Martina. From January to November, she didn't have one bad outfit and she looked good in all of them. So, she had, in my opinion, one of the best overall fashion seasons.

Same with Kournikova.

Don't get confused with what this topic is about.

Remember, this is for the best fashion "seasons" not best outfits.

Best fashion year, maybe 2000. I loved Venus' outfits and Mary Pierce's at the French Open. 2002 wasn't so bad with good outfits from Venus, Serena, and a couple from Anna. I think that this year has been great too!!
