Some very nice points that showed that she has the game to be top 100 but other points that were just terrible. Just keep working Marie, don't give up

I've now seen (literally) 10 Canadians (8 qualifiers and 2 MD) get slaughtered before my eyes. Tennis Canada should be too ashamed to even sugarcoat the terrible state of tennis development in Canada.

Stephanie Dubois is now our LAST hope! Who's betting that she'll do any better than the rest of her compatriots?

Why can't Canada produce and top 100 players? the Canadians in the Roger Cup main draw so far have won a collective 5 games not even a set tennis Canada really needs to get their act together.

In Pelletier's defense, Vento-Kabchi played a very very solid match. Pelletier did have her streaky moments in the match but that's how she pretty much always is...However, when she tried to be more and more aggressive, Vento always had a little bit extra coming up with some really great angles, and changing the direction of the ball for some really good winners. She barely gave Marie-Eve any free points and that was the difference.

"Religion has actually convinced people that there is an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. Any if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But he loves you."
