Out of all the fit current retired players

Which one would you love to see back on the tour?. They would still have to be young enough to cope with the game as it is now.
Two examples.. Anna Kournikova and Martina Hingis. Guess you can add the likes of Monica Seles and Barbara Schett to the list as well...

tolyaganova.
schett.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

Same here: Hingis, Seles and Kournikova. @thread starter: I guess that's why they aren't playing, because their bodies can't hold up when playing? (Martina and Monica: feet, Anna: back)

Anna Kournikova has not retired. This is a journal entry from her website posted 25th May, 2005.

Lots of Projects
Hi guys -

I know it's been a little while since I've written, but I wanted to fill you in on all the cool projects I've been doing! I had the amazing chance to co-host ABC's major talk show The View, since one of the show's hosts was out on maternity leave. I was able to interview my friend Brittany Murphy, sing with the American Idol Judges, interview Jessica Lange and even went to her Broadway play. I had an awesome time on The View and the hosts were really a lot of fun.

This month, I had my first fitness column appear in Elle magazine. You guys should check it out. It may seem from the article that I may have retired from professional tennis, but I have definitely NOT officially retired. I'm still working on getting healthy and will hopefully return to the courts sometime soon.

On Saturday, May 21st, I played a tennis Exhibition at home in South Florida. I played a singles match against former Wimbledon champion, Jana Novotna. Jana has always been difficult to play and this matched proved to be no different. We had a lot of long points and the crowd really seemed to enjoy the match. After we played, I watched Jim Courier and John McEnroe play their single's match. It was super entertaining and the guys went at it just like old times. At the end of the evening, I played mixed doubles with John against Jana and Jim. We wore microphones so the audience could hear our comments and the crowd definitely got into it! I loved joking around with John and hearing everyone in the audience laugh - that's what makes the exhibitions so much fun. It was great to play at home in front of my fans and friends and I'm looking forward to playing a lot more tennis this summer. I'm going to be playing World Team Tennis again, and I'm playing for a new team this year, the Sacramento Capitals. I'll definitely keep you guys posted!
