Nah, I'm sure it will held outdoors because Tashkent is an outdoors tournament

No. in the same week there are one big tournament in Austria and one in Belgium. However, there is a lot of time for more details...

I wonder if Selma will enter? It might be a good tournament. After all, Israel has done really well at the Eurovision Song Contest. But I would think security will cost more than the prize money.
