Questions about mixed doubles

1) do points earned in mixed doubles count for wta rankings?

2) do male players serve full power when the returner is the female?
Imagine camille pin returning Karlovic serves

Anastasia Myskina

don't think it is that hard for women to return a serve from a guy. But honestly, I don't know the answer to your question

Women players sure can return a serve from a male player

Inspiration is for amateurs
