W00t! W00t! W00t!

I just won a 2-hour 50-minute tennis match, 6-4 4-6 7-6 (5). Woohoo! My opponent was kinda nasty at the end too, cause he shook my hand but he didn't even look at me, and didn't say "good match" or anything, but he did say something a minute later when we were getting our stuff together, so I guess it's okay.

I lost yesterday 2-6 5-7 I had a 5-2 lead in the second set to bring it to a 3rd, but I choked big time with 7 set points along the way

Oh, and congrats! That looked really tough.

Oh yeah I forgot, in the tie-break I felt like I was going to throw up the whole time, especially at 2-1 and 4-3.

Apparently it wasn't a good match.

Yeah, I had plenty of water...that's part of what made me sick, so much water sloshing around in my stomach, but I needed it because I was getting dehydrated. It was so hot too, like 85 degrees and I got a total sunburn on my face. My reward for all of that is another match in five and a half hours...

Well really it wasn't. But he should still acknowledge that I was the better player on this day. With the way I play, though, it's never a good match. I play a retreiver-type game. And I have a big serve, which kinda sucks, cause if I get a weak reply, I can't do anything with it.

I play alot of table tennis.
i'm one of the best defenders in the "hood"
i wait for the big angle shots, and i give a really nasty return of serve, so alot of people really try to go for big shots and they miss them.

unfortunatly, in tennis i'm not much of a counter-puncher

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

Ewww...I don't like playing scrappy players They get on my nerves because they hit such weak balls. I hate when I lose to scrappy players though Because then I know that I could've won if I was patient enough You'd have to understand that he wasn't angry at you, just angry at himself probably.

But I've come to realize that if scrappy players can win, all the power to them because that could be considered a strategy. Smart people you guys are
