I understand that the Chinese Nationals might be important to them...but this is WIMBLEDON, & some of them could do well IMO.

Oh Please. Just because its Wimbledon. Whoopdy doo. I think they would rather win for there provinces and have the whole country know it then play Wimbledon, maybe lost 2nd round, and have no one even know your name.

fuck.

1. Considering Fabiola did not do well on clay this year, I don't think it is very smart she skips grass. Who knows she might have done well.

2. I thought Shua Peng was actually going to Wimbledon?

Also, I wouldnt blame Fabiola for not playing. She knows she has no chance on it. So she is probably praciticing on hard courts right now getting ready for US Open and the hardcourt summer leading up to it. She is 2/8 on grass in her career so why play when you can practice.

fuck.

Yeah but I guess they go by miss because they are not using their husband's names, ie Lindsay Davenport, Elena Likhovsteva and Dally Randrientefy.

there's nothing wrong with making an effort and trying, she's had success on indoors, most similar surface to grass

she's just being lazy, and i always thought she was smart up until now
