There will probably be 6 Russians in the top 10 after Berlin

Capriati and Venus each have 200+ points there that they will not defend, which means that Zvonareva should move to #9 and Petrova will climb from #12 to #10. Will this be the first time that there were so many Russians in the top 10?

Ew. Venus and Jen are a hundred times the players Petrova and Zvonereva are.

so....

Davenport
Sharapova
Mauresmo
Williams
Dementieva
Myskina
Kuznetsova
Molik
Zvonereva
Petrova

Lindsay Davenport

Elena Bovina | Anastasia Myskina | Flavia Pennetta
Fernando Verdasco | Tommy Haas

Q. Give us an update on the kid.

Yes but none of the Russians are real slam prospects apart from Sharapova.

wow didn't realize that..with all the injuries, womens tennis is becoming a race to see who can stay healthy the longest, you can see though that the russians arent playing as good as last year (esp the russian that matters most hint: she is in the six spot on this list)

I can't think of a witty signature right now. I like turtles.

Even though a further two have ALREADY won Slams - who cares about being a Slam prospect when you've been there and done that? - and yet another has been in more Slam finals over the past year than anyone except Serena Williams? :retard:
