Eurosport good and bad news bout today

Good news: They are planned to show Lindsay-Justine LIVE which would be awesome!
Bad news: right before Tennis they are showing Taekwondo like yesterday, so we will probably only see the secon set if they overrun again like in the Venus match

Oh, that's great! Eurosport gets weirder and weirder each day and nobody can do anything to make them come to their senses urgently!

11.00 + 6 hours difference = 17 PM

Henin - DAvenport at 1 PM local time + 6 = 19.00 in Europe

Allez, Come-on, ...,

The World Championships in other sports particularly if they take place in Europe and when the major responsibility for television broadcasting lies with Eurosport as this time with Taekwondo, have a higher priority than a WTA tournament played outside of Europe. When the tour comes to Europe you'll see more tennis even on Eurosport. For example the responsibility for television broadcasting at Qatar Total German Open lies with EUROSPORT.
Eurosport's world doesn't evolve around tennis, it's a sports channel not a tennis channel. Nothing weird about that.

Yep, I'm always trying to make this point. I love tennis more then any other sport, but how can people don't understand that other sport has fans too is beyond me!

I do like watching other sports on Eurosport without any doubt and I totally side with the fact that any kind of sports should be broadcasted. My point is, Eurosport does need to make arrangements when it comes to tennis matches. There have been quite many frustrations by the viewers lately and it is very natural for them to speak their minds about it.

Thank you Lady.
The strange thing is that tennis has been getting more coverage at Eurosport the past 3 years than ever before, yeah ever since I began to produce there but it seems that people only want to focus on what they're not getting. If it's not tennis 24/7 then Eurosport becomes Euroshit.
Just a little thought...I'm thinking about leaving my job as a producer after this year...I wonder who's going to push tennis at Eurosport then? Good thing we managed to re-new the deal with WTAtour so at least women's tennis will get continued coverage but still...

What kind of match arrangements are you talking about? Eurosport can't be held resposible the way schedule of play is constructed at tournaments. There always will be frustrations by the viewers no matter what sport, nothing new there. It's impossible to satisfy everybody's needs.

That’s true, but I would like to watch more Tennis coverage especially when it comes to Grand Slams. I’m just vocalizing my complaints and demands. There is nothing wrong with that, as I’m not here to offend anyone. I’m sure you understand, my friend. Thanks.

There will be more coverage of Grand Slams on Eurosport, except Wimbledon, since now there's ES1 and ES2. However there's very little we can do when it becomes last minute changes in which match is going to be shown. Obviously we make a plan for each day which matches we intend to cover live but if the first or the second match of the day takes a long time to finish then that puts the rest of the schedule a little upside down. I can understand the frustration some fans have when their favourite is scheduled to be shown and then that doesn't happen because a previous match(es) have taken too long time to be finished but we do our best that's all we can do.
