I would've made Maria beating Serena as an upset @ Wimby.

Let them eat cake.

The Kim - Lina match was in Toronto not Montreal For sure that match was a shocker and the only time Kim lost before the SFs that year (ironically the first tournament with #1 Rank)

Patty Schnyder beating Serena at the FCC in 2002 was a nice little upset because Serena had smoked patty in their previous meetings and Serena was comming off of a hot streak winning Scottdale and Miami in a row.

Nos. 3, 4 and 5.

Marlene because she was down 2-6 0-3 15-40.
Virginia because Martina used to win these matches until then.
Jana because she was not in good form which she proved in the 2nd round.
