Amy was totally HOSED on some line calls.

But I'm glad to see Kim win, too.

The second set wasn't as easy as the scoreline suggests but still a convinving win for Kim

Kim had a few nice words for Amy during her on-court interview after the match...Reminded of the 11 year age difference between them, Kim said that it's always inspirational to see someone like Amy still giving it all out there and that she hopes to keep on seeing her (Frasier) for a few more years yet... she also said that the Nasdaq100 is one of her favourite tournaments ( ) and that Nathalie Dechy, her next opponent, is a very steady player who has been playing outstanding tennis in 2005...

Thank you for the quotes. Did you see the match on TV ? If so, on which channel ?

That is a pretty nice thing for Kim to have said. But I feel bad for Amy right now. I think she has a losing record going into the clay-court season while in 2004 she was already on pace for having her best career season.

I hope she can get it together and get back to winning more matches.
