I was searching through Jill Craybas photos and I found this picture:
ill Craybas of the United States, right, conforts her opponent Jie Zheng of China, lying on the ground, left, during a first round match of the Polo Open women's tennis tournament in Shanghai, China, Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003. Zheng withdrew the match due to leg cramp as Craybas defeated Zheng 3-6,7-6, 2-0.
I think that, that's very, very nice of Jill!
She really is a super-nice lady. When she beat Maureen Drake in 2003 (I think) she was interviewed by Rod Black on centre court and she made this whole speech (after a 1R!!!) about how she's really lucky to be in Canada and how Canadians are so nice.
It's nice to see some really great people, who are playing tennis and having fun at the same time - WIN OR LOSE.
