Myskina should thank her lucky stars!

Because Mizra was eliminated, Myskina should at least make it to the rd of 16 before being ousted by Clijsters...hey 4th rd is better than 3rd.

Career Grand Slam in your 20s? Been there done that. Career golden slam your 30s?
There's only 1.
Serena.

I hope the planets align and she reaches 3rd round

I can't think of a witty signature right now. I like turtles.

I think Anastasia has worked very hard to achieve her success.
I don't think she needs help from the draw.
Her first round opponent at the 2004 FO was Alicia Molik.

Oooh, scary, scary Mirza is out of Myskina's way. What a relief! I am sure Myskina was considering pulling out of the tournament completely so that she wouldn't have to pull out right before the Mirza match and give away her primal fear at the sight of the mighty, scary Indian.

Anastasia would have won easily like 6-2 6-1.

so what you say is that mirza is so good that myskina would have lost to her, while she has just lost to sanchez lorenzo?

Myskina still probably won't make the R16, and certainly won't get past Kim (she'll be lucky to win three games.)

Mirza lost to MSL, doesn't that make MSL a bigger threat than Mirza to Myskina? Either way, Myskina is still going to win. *knocks wood*

Myskina is a good player who wouldnt crae if mirza was in the draw or not... although I dont think she will mkae it past Kim if either of them get there shell put up a good fight and wouldnt be surprised to see her posisbly win.
