Stats from the Nasdaq100 tournament.

The following are the Stats from the Nasdaq100:

Players...................................Winners. ...UFE's.

Justine Henin(1 match)..............49........103
Tulyaganova(3 matches)............82.......102.
Stevenson (3 matches)...............64........68.
Dementieva (4 matches).............95.......133.
Hantuchova (1 match).................37........50.
Clijsters (4 matches)...................67.......128.
Seles (5 matches).....................149.......154.
Serena (6 matches)..................170........153.
Capriati (6 matches).................129.......192.
Venus (5 matches)...................115.......138.

Note: Serena is the only player with more winners than unforced errors. Capriati is the Queen of UFE's for this tournament.

Double Fault leaders for the Nasdaq100:

Capriati........................32 DF
Venus...........................23
Dementieva..................22
Seles............................19
Stevenson....................13
Serena..........................10
Henin............................09
Tulyaganova.................07.

Ace count for the Nasdaq100(10 aces and above):

Serena.........................24 Aces
Venus..........................21
Seles...........................19
Stevenson...................18
Capriati........................16
Tulyaganova................15.

So the WTA ACE Queen Serena still reigns on the ACE throne.

Winner's Stats:

Serena played 6 opponents who combined for hitting only 38 winners(including service winners) against her, while she hits 170 winners against them. Amazing!

Amazing indeed!

Thanks for posting stats, laj

After looking at all of this is it easy to see that Serena had a heck of a run this tournament, and is a true champion who is coming into her own.

Except for the UFEs, she was ON all week, and the stats summary confirms it.

Go Serena!

thanks for the stats

but, Jen was on the court for 3 more hours than Serena ... so much more than the other players...

maybe an average system would be more accurate

and where they produce desolation, they call it peace
