Serena CAN be dominant if ...
... she improves 2 things:
1. Her volleying. OK, her over-heads were great today, but the volleys .... they are really awful. Just no control over her racket. At least she went to the net which is a good thing, especially with her game. So if she improves her volleys then this will really help her game.
2. Putting away short balls. She did that well in her previous matches, but they weren't that close. Today she missed too many of them, often putting them into the net.
If these things had been better today she might have won more easily. There is still much potential left in her.
