JHH in Indian Wells

So has anyone heard if Justine is planning on playing Indian Wells this year? I really hope she does because even though I'm not really a fan of hers, she is still a great player and I'd like to see her on tour again.

Well she is training in California at the moment I believe, so the signs do look good. Justine has championship ranking points to defend and she needs to do this as her ranking will fall considerably if she doesn't defend them. I just hope we have seen the last of her injuries.

Ah I remember when Justine was the most hated player on this board. Remember that? It came around the time she won her first major. The hate spewed forth, justified or not, and the good times were rollling when you knew talented players were hated and so they must be talented.

I hereby put forth that Talent = being hated by a rabid fan base. So here are the talented players of this generation...

Venus
Serena
Justine
Martina H.
Jennifer
Maria S.
GAP
Demented

And thats about it. Lindsay? Never hated. Momo? Never hated. Kim? Please. People love her like a teddy bear. The rest of the nameless russians? Well people do hate Demented so I'll include her. Hmm, who else? The rest are forgettable.

I think the earliest she is considering to come back is Miami, so almost certainly no Indian Wells this year for Justine

If only I was sure that my head on the door was a dream

remember my 'count down till alicia has haters' thread, many argued that it was imposible for her to have any haters, only her success will determine that. But i hear you!

Rena- a tennis great! 22 at striking distance.

Ellena D is extremely popular at this board. people always talk about her serve and give her a hard time about her lack of willingness to do anything about it, but for the most part ellena D could not even be placed on a list of hated players at this forum.

serena = most hated woman at these boards
maria = second most hated woman here
jennifer = yep, she's got a lot of haters here as well
justine = she got her share of hatred, and once she starts winning again she'll pick up in that department again

hingis and venus = both were very hated at one time, but i think people now feel sorry for both. i think they both have more fans here at this board now that there best days are clearly behind them

i wonder who's next to be added to the list of 'most hated'. here are some top contenders:
amelie mauresmo = if she gets that number one ranking again i expect more haters to become more vocal, but she will never have the level of hate the other big names have, maybe because she's not really a threat like the other big names.

alicial molik = i'm not sure if i believe she's next on the hate list. i don't think she'll ever truly be hated like the "queens of hate", but she was mentioned so i wanted to at least comment on her

'the official press secretary of the royal court'

SHARAPOVA- who's up next for a beatdown? SERENA- underestimate her if you want, it's your funeral! M.Keys
official 'good fella' of the maria mafia

I really hope she comes back soon. But I doubt she'll be in IW to defend her title.
