For each country, who do you think is the most promising among young players?

INDIA - Mirza
FRANCE - Golovin
AUSTRALIA - Ferguson
GERMANY - Groenefeld
CZECH - Karantantcheva
CHINA - Peng
SERBIA - Jankovic
RUSSIA - no brainer here.. Russia is pretty much secured in the years to come.
USA -

A little correction the Check is Nicole Vaidisova - you forgot about her. Karatantcheva is Bulgarian

Otherwise, for the USA it may be Kirkland (I think she is American?!). Poor girl she drew Svetlana in the first round so nobody talked about her.

Another edit: Krajicek for the Netherlands

Oh. Thanks for the correction!

I thought since they're good friends, they're both fellowmen.

I'll go for Peng, she just needs to improve her serve and she's a top 10 in groundstrokes already.

Also, sesil, when this girl matures. This girl is ambitious and have talent.

Be wellcome .

We may also add to the list Ferguson, she is 18 isn't she? Very well playing young Aussie. I hope she do well in the future. And there are some 14yrs old that will come this year or the year after 2005 season (Tamira, TImea etc.etc.).

israeli shahar peer!

but i think most of this listed is players that are already succesfull.... i mean - top 200 is really good.
we keep thinking that only top 20 is pro tennis, but hey - the game has developed. there are tons of girls waiting for a chance.
i think that even though the russians are dominant - the czechs have the best youngsters in the world.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.
