If the year ended today, would you be happy with the YEC field?

So, i love the weeks before the aus open when the race in the women's and the men's (although not this year) are so crazy, i love random #1s, anyway, who would be satisfied with a YEC of
1 S. STOSUR
2 P. SCHNYDER
3 K. SREBOTNIK
4 S. ASAGOE
5 S. KARATANTCHEVA
6 T. GOLOVIN
7 M. BARTOLI
8 S. FARINA ELIA

i mean, everyone's supposed faves of stosur, asagoe, sesil and tati would be there! let me know...

It will always be Arantxa, hall of famer! and martina hingis and kim clijsters - amazing legends
ana ivanovic and the italian girls, especially pennetta (forza azzurre! RG CHAMP FRANCESCA AND FINALIST SARA!)
aga, vika, sam, na in the next tier
NEVER say "I don't care who wins, I just want good tennis"

Haha I'd totally go to see it. I love Shinobu, Sesil, Tati and Marion! And I quite like Patty, Kata and Silvia as well, so it's only Stosur I wouldn't enjoy watching.

It's good to see that most of those players tend towards the variety-happy, tactical, creative end of the tennis spectrum. I'd far rather watch that than Davenport clumping the ball from side to side to side to zzzz.

Sammy should photograph that list and frame it... I don't know how often she'll see it again...

I like watching 5 of them play and am curious about Sesil so I'd be interested in it.... dunno if i'd be happy with it as a YEC tho hehe

But stranger things have happened though hehe.
