Which one would you choose? Now it doesn’t have to include your favourite player. But lets say you can go back in time, maybe to a time when you were not around, and watch one match, which would it be? Or you can choose a match for sentimental, or personal reasons, whatever!

I would have like to see Suzanne Lenglen play

This can't last. This misery can't last. I must remember that and try to control myself. Nothing lasts really. Neither happiness nor despair. Not even life lasts very long. There'll come a time in the future when I shan't mind about this anymore, when I can look back and say quite peacefully and cheerfully how silly I was. No, no, I don't want that time to come ever. I want to remember every minute, always, always to the end of my days.

For me it would be a choice of 3, sorry:

1. Sampras Def. Agassi - USO 2001
2. Venus Def. Martina - USO 2000
3. Serena Def. Lindsay - USO 2001

Women's tennis sucks.

Go Rafa.

Two greatest matches I've seen:

1) Hingis vs Graf RG final 1999
2) Rafter vs Ivanisevic Wimbledon final 2001

These matches were just emotionally HUGE. I mean, nothing else I've seen comes even remotely close. No Hollywood writer could make a better script.

But if we're talking about something I haven't seen, maybe Graf vs Seles at USO final 1996. Or their earlier RG final. And me too would have loved to see Lenglen...

both. the first for its historical significance. the second for its sheer entertainment value.

Magüi Serna def. Mary Pierce, Wimbledon 2000. I couldn't even begin to explain why to anyone who wasnt there watching with me and those who were would know without any explanation needed, so I won't even try.

Vivi & Conchita & Patricia & Paola 2004 Olympic Silver & Bronze medalists, Vivi & Anabel 2008 Olympic Silver medalists - congratulations!
