Post Kournikova vs Kabaeva

The Russian Ginnast Alina Kabeva said to the AS newspaper that: "I am like Kournikova (because the beauty)but with a only one difference I won."
Did you know her?

Yeah, she is very beautiful and successful in her sports. I like watching her, her flexibilty is amazing!

She is known for sweeping the gold in all events from the all-around to the individuals!
Pity that she missed the Olympic gold medal in Sydney last year due to one error and got bronze in the end.

Wow! I missed this one. Alina is very beautiful. And she is a wonderful gymnast. I was dissapointed she let the gold medal slip away in Sydney. But I don't think she needs to knock Anna.

Who the hell is this broad? Tennis babes rule. GIVE EM HELL ANNA. The fact that this unknown girl felt the need to compare herself to you means that you are doing something right.

Poor Anna! She is always getting ragged on! Don't worry she'll win tournaments this year!

Let's hope so, Pea. I would love to see Anna stay healthy, start to win, and then she would feel less pressure, and enjoy tennis even more. Udachi Anna!

I think Anna will win some tournaments this year. I think playing Auckland was probably one of the best choices she could have made. She's never really played any of those small tournaments before anyhow.. she needs an event like this to get her confidence back. It's also good match practice for the Aussie open, where she has lots of points to defend.

As for the gymnast's comment, well i don't follow gymnastics so I can't say anything about her. However, I'd just take her with a grain of salt just like I do with Jon "Werthless" Wertheim.

Kabaeva is really popular in Russia. She's on Tv all the time appearing in commercials and TV shows.Much popular in Russia than Anna IMO.

Cool

Wow that type of gymnastics is still a sport? Got to say though she looks a lot more girlish than Anna does.
