Vote: How many games will Austria win vs Russia in Fed Cup

ok our team is Bammer, Meusburger, Wartusch and Kix

Bammer had several match balls vs Zvonareva in Philadelphia some weeks ago
Meusburger never played such a high ranked player but won a 25000$ Challenger two weeks ago and reached another quarterfinal this week
Wartusch will play doubles as she is the highest ranked double player
hope they dont allow Kix to play, she cant even win 10000$ Challengers

so I think Bammer could be tough for everyone, she likes to play better players
I would say maybe a set for her
Meusburger is too unexperienced maybe some games for her
doubles Wartusch/?? a set should be the aim

my prediction
Austria will loose 0-5 with 2 winning sets

but who knows Austria´s players are always that motivated
Schwartz beating Seles when she was top 10, Shaughnessy, Majoli, Raymond, Dokic
Wartusch beating Sanchez-Vicario when she was top 20
Fauth winning a set vs Clijsters when she was top 3
Paulus beating Capriati in two easy sets and Kimiko Date
Wiesner beating Capriati 61 61;

Bammer vs Zvonareva 0-1
2004 Philadelphia Zvonareva wins 46 63 76(5)

Bammer vs Dementieva 0-2
1998: Juniors Bavarian International: Dementieva wins 64 75
1998: 25000$ Prostejov Challengr: Dementieva wins 67 61 62

Bammer vs Myskina 0-0

Bammer vs Likhovtseva 0-1
2004: Linz Likhovtseva wins 63 61

Wartusch vs Myskina 0-1
2003: Doha Myskina wins 63 63

Wartusch vs Dementieva 0-1
1999 Palermo: Dementieva wins 61 62

Wartusch vs Zvonareva 0-1
2001: 25000$ Darmstadt Challenger Zvonareva wins 62 64

Kix vs Zvonareva 1-1
2001: Junior Italian Open: Kix wins 67 63 63
2001: Junior Canadian Open: Zvonareva wins 46 61 63

Pretty sure it will be 5-0 for russia, but I think the russians are tired enough to lose one or maybe two sets.

None ???

Ups, sorry !!
Don't take it bad, Austrian, but I think this is the worst team to have played semi-final of fed Cup these last years...

I'm personnally FED UP with all these players , well ranked, but who prefer not to play this competition. It has absolutaly no interest in my opinion, if high players don't play for their countries.

I see it very hard for Austrian girls, I don't think they will manage to win 1 set, and probably not more than 4 games by set, but who knows, I hope I'll be wrong.
Good luck, Austria...

Conchita MARTINEZ-Mary PIERCE-Lindsay DAVENPORT-Martina HINGIS-Serena WILLIAMS- and new legend Monica PUIG
Kata Srebotnik - Anabel Medina-Garrigues - Arantxa Parra-Santonja
Garbiñe Muguruza- Caroline Garcia- Polona Hercog- Kimiko DK - Eleni Daniilidou ...

this russia-austria matchup in russia no less, has the makings of a horrible russian beatdown. And more importantly than that, Anastasia will be able to get good rest in her own home and wont even have to go full blast to kill her opposition. yeah yeah talk about respect your opponents and all those trite sayings but this is gonna be legalized assault

besides as an american that doesnt have any country rooting interest in this, the more russia wins the more myskina matches i will get to see..
