Why is there an empty week in 2005 calendar, and strange FC time too?

July 18 a week after Fed Cup II?

And it is even stranger for Mimia to be followed by Amelie Island right afterwards.
So green clay will follow hardcourt with no break, strange transition.

It's even stranger to have Fed Cup III at the same week of Bali?

I guess it's all subjected to change. But Fed Cup after YEC is much better.
But do you find it strange as well?
