Hey Big Lindsay! I can answer all your questions:
1. Will the men ever play the best 3 out of 5 set matches? if so, when? ( I gather that is what the 200pts in Grand Slams could be for).
In Grand Slams, all matches will be best of 5 sets. That's why you earn 200 points, so you can split them on 5. Only 100 points wouldn't be good enough.
2. Are you approaching this game from a realistic standpoint when it comes to the players ability on a surface? Case in point, should someone like Andre Agassi have a weakest surface?
That was our main idea, but, most of the people are posting the Hard, Clay, Indoor and Grass surface order, even Pete (King of Grass) has this order. Well, I can't do nothing, the member chooses the surface Andre Agassi is an all-around player who can play well in all surfaces we all know that. The member will judge what it's better for him and do his surface order. Imagine also ranking Graf. That would be difficult, uh?
3. Do you have to play singles and doubles? or can you choose just to play in one or the other
You can play either singles, doubles, or both
4. Why is it that you do not want recently retired or retired players in this game? I really would like to know
LOL! You insist on that It's because it's easier to find pictures, write articles, etc.
Are you really mad about Bjorn Borg
All the best to Anastasia Myskina, Elena Bovina and Svetlana Kuznetsova!
Watch out: Myriam Casanova, Maria Kirilenko and Maria Sharapova!
