One thing's for sure, we won't know for sure until the match starts.

My bet is she gets through this, but might do a monumental choke in the semifinals, though she was ok at WB. Amelie is like tracking a hurricane, no one really knows where it's going to go, no matter what they say.

Exactly! I just want her to finally break through and get a slam.

She'll have her doubters/haters no matter what she does though.

Amélie Mauresmo, 2009 GDF Suez, 2007 Proximus Diamond Games, 2006 World No. 1 ,Wimbledon Champion, Proximus Diamond Games, Gaz, Australian Open, 2005 YEC, Advanta Chamionships, Italian Open, Proximus Diamond Games, 2004 World No. 1, Advanta Championships, Generali Linz, Rogers Cup, Italian Open, German Open, 2003 J&S Cup, Advanta Championships, 2002 Rogers AT&T Cup, Dubai Open, 2001 Gaz, Nice, Amelia Island, and Eurocard Ladies German Open, 2000 Adidas International, and 1999 Bratislava Champion

There's a fine line between love and hate; that line is called family!

No one does things exactly the way I want them to. No one ever has. It’s a problem they have!

She (Amelie) just took the first set 6-4, though it appeared she had some problems holding her serve when up 5-4, so maybe there are some choke tendencies coming through, but worse case scenario, she's winning through the choking, at least for the first set.

I think Amelie has played decently so far, other than her serve percentage. Demetieva was just on fire from the ground in the last half of the 2nd set.

Prayed through the nights
felt so alone
suffered from alienation
carried the weight on my own
Had to be strong
so I believed
and now I know I've succeeded
in finding the place I conceived
