Poll: Ai Sugiyama vs. Jennifer Capriati

Judgging by ther respective performance leading to this stage, I must say Ai has the edge but Cappy will have the crowd behind her which will pump her up even when in poor form.
Ai has been playing flawless so far and played well at Athens.
I think Ai will win somehow.

The crowd being "behind" Capriati could not help her in last year's semis where she was in shape. She has the better serve and groundstrokes. If she serves well and moves Ai around, she should win whether 2 or three sets.

Jen. Ai will get a lot of balls back but has trouble being offensive.

Here we have two great returners, with Ai being a tad better at the net.
It will come down to nerves, and from what we seen of these two in
grand slams this year. It won't be pretty, that's for sure.
