Juju hasn't played doubles since 2002 and I think that's the right decision.

All the best to Justine Henin-Hardenne!!

she decided to quit doubles to focus on singles. She wasn't bad at all in doubles

Roland Garros '03,'05,'06,'07
US Open '03,'07 / Australian Open '04
Olympic Gold '04 /
YEC Madrid '06,'07
41 titles

She has played some doubles, not? She won't again in the near future though. That's not a bad thing, now is it? Some players are better doubles players, some are good in both and some have difficulty combining them. I don't know if you follow Justine's health, but she hasn't the strongest body for continuous, hardfought topsport competing in multiple tours. It's ok.

She really shouldnt play too much doubles....
Look at Kim Clijsters in 2003 who played well over 100 matches in singles/doubles...
It's really not the best idea to try both at present day tennis which can exhaust her so easily.
But still, it'll be great if Justien and Kim try to team up and win a slam or some sort.

Actually she hasn't played doubles since the second round of the AO 2003 on the sides of Elena Bovina
Justine is a quite good doublesplayer and won two tourneys in the doubles (one of them being the Zurichtitle with Elena B in 2002),but she just can't combine singles and doubles. She already has a hard time just playing a full schedule of singles

Allez.

Justine and doubles?!?!? Don't start me!!!!! She played with Magui Serna in Wimbledon 2001, they were doing well and could have had a great result had Justine not pulled out due to her 'blisters' when she reached the singles semi final.
Incidentally, Magui had lost that year in 1st round of singles, and they had played their previous doubles match on either the Thursday or Friday of the first week and Magui had waited around for around 4 days soley to play that match that Justine pulled out of ... Justine obviously hadn't even discussed that her pulling out was a possibility since we saw Magui training and were speaking to her about 20 minutes before they announced over the loud speaker that Justine and Magui had defaulted the doubles due to to Justine's blisters, and Magui had been so happy and excited about their match then. This is one of the reasons we don't like Justine much ... another, of course, is that we had paid Ģ44 each for tickets to see said match. But still ....

DOUBLES
Winner (2): 2002 - Gold Coast (w/Shaughnessy), Zurich (w/Bovina).

I remember seeing that one year she also reached the doubles SF of a grandslam (FO or Wimby) with Tartarkova.

So,like even when she's injured she just has to play and let by one of her biggest chances to play a GSsemi at the age of nineteen
