Question Semifinal #1: Henin-Hardenne vs. Myskina

I say Justine wins this in straight sets. Venus was her only threat and since Venus was gone yesterday, I see no one standing in her way for the gold medal.

I have no clue how Justine is playing. Myskina will be a real test for her, I'm looking forward to it, but have no clue what will happen.

Whitney Houston and her receipts:

Don't forget that Myskina defeated Justine in Leipzig last fall.

The last time she played Amelie Mauresmo, she lost in 3 sets. I think that's the final, and I also think it's going to be a good final, because Amelie is playing some pretty good looking ball right now, and if she serves well, it could be a firecracker of a match featuring the two best one-handed backhands in the women's game. I hope they both get there!!!!

There is nothing more beautiful than Evonne Goolagong in full flight moving across a tennis court.

Why did you consider Venus as her only threat?

Myskina can be really dangerous for Justine. ANd Justine is still just coming back.

Yes Amelie won in three sets and went on to lose either 6-2, 6-2 or 6-1, 6-1 to Kim in the same tournament.

I think the poster is referring to Amelia Island, where Justine was sick and was still only one point away from winning.

7-1 career matchup against Justine; either 2-0 or 3-0 on hardcourts.
