How does Lindsay control her forehand so well?

It's incredible how Lindsay is contanstly hitting the ball on her forehand behind the body and she rarely misses it. The players usually do that when they hit the ball too late and don't have time to hit a normal shot, but Lindsay does it not only in that situation, but almost everytime. So why does she do it and how does she control the ball so well, because when I play tennis and hit that kind of shot, it's always tough to have total control on the ball and it looks like sometimes it is a bit of luck when the ball is in (BTW, I know I'm not Lindsay and I'm not saying that she is lucky as it would be impossible to do that so many times whithout missing as she does).

She has great hands, control, and timing. It's natural for her. And now she is especially seeing the ball well.

She doesn't use extreme grips either. She often makes that forehand look effortless.

mostly timing and natural talent.

I find it hard to play that lasoo (sp?) forehand she plays, I have to time it EXACTLY right to get to CC.

Brilliant timing also make her groundies smooth and free flowing.

Women's tennis sucks.

Go Rafa.
