..Advances to 3rd rd in San Diego at the ACURA classic...
What a DOMINET performance from Amy today...hopefully this is a good sign that her serve is doing well on this surface and she will give MO a run for her money in the next round!
Ps..how many minutes did this take ??

Yeah, Amy! Well done. I'm not sure what, if anything, this result says about Ashley's win over Patty yesterday. I guess it's not a huge surprise... how well Patty will play on a given day is anyone's guess. And if Amy's groundstrokes (not to mention serve ) are firing, which they have been of late, Ashley's always going to have a hard time winning that matchup. Can't rely on speed as your main weapon if your opponent can overpower you without missing.

Good luck in the next round Amy! Get back to the top 20!

It doesnt say shit about yesterdays match today and yesterday are 2 different days.. Maybe ashley had an awesome day yesterday stop takin away from her wins
