Awesome, Magda!
After beating Brengle 6:7, 6:1 and 6:2 today, she could win against Andrea as well. Her H2H against Petkovic is 4:0 now
I wish Magda the best of luck of course, hope she wins another tourney - but am a bit concerned she might get tired before Wimbledon.
Anyway, her return is stunning (also very very wise choice of tournaments she played after her injury break, Japanese grass, good ITF grass tourneys in Europe, onto Wimbledon and American hardcourts . I like her chances :x
No she isn't. After 3 straight weeks of going deep in tournaments totalling 14 matches, it is probably a good thing now to rest for a couple of days and then get ready for Wimbledon.

She has amazing results and if she lands in section with Radwanska/Kerber/Wozniacki/Cibulkova/Vesnina at Wimbledon, she can end up playing SF.
And to be honest she deserves it, because what she is showing on grass is wunderschon!
After the days' play the day before yesterday was rained out, the turnaround for Andrea after her QF win was only about 80 minutes.
Magda had two or three hours, enough for a decent rubdown at least.
Happy for Magda, two $100k grasscourt titles would be a dream to savour, but it's hard not to feel sorry for Petko, Circumstances and timing were just unfortunate.
Mind you - can't imagine the dour Yorkshiremen in the crowd would take to the Petko-dance.
Yeah, I haven't paid any attention to General Messages page in the last few hours. I am glad there is a tread to this and you called my attention to it. I am looking forward to the final between Alison Van Uytvanck (another player I like a lot although of course I will be rooting for Magda,) and I am pretty hopeful Magda can make it 23 out of her last 25. But Alison has been playing well too so we will just have to wait and see.
