From the little I've seen, fairly terrible. But, with her confidence at an all time high this year, I expect her to get wins depending on the draw.

Despite not making many winners, she's still an agressive baseliner, and she doesn't only win matches by waiting the opponent's mistake, though she can do that at times also.

It's time for Gavrilova to catch her maiden tournament.

It's now or never..

Hope so.

Seeing matches on grass live, it looks incredibly difficult to play on, balls fly, they skid off the surface, movement is difficult... serves just slide through. Reaction time is less than on any other surface. Apparently it was even faster years ago

It's hardly surprising players without warm up tournaments struggle to make it past the first week at Wimbledon.

Kvitova [20] - Simona [15]

Aga [20] - Sevastova [2] - Kasatkina [1] - Cetkovska - Bencic [2] - Rybarikova [4]

Re: WWW Birmingham?

I would pick Vekic or Vikhlyantseva, but they'll be tired from this week. So Siniakova or Linette

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!

Re: WWW Birmingham?

I'm thinking Muguruza but I'm 95% sure that's wishful thinking.
Likely Konta who's been getting used to grass at Nottingham. Or Kerber reborn, or Svitolina actually turns out decent on grass?

Re: WWW Birmingham?

Probably Mladenovic or Kerber. Remember, Kerber always does well on grass, regardless of how horrendous her clay season is. In fact, typically the worse her clay season is, the better her grass season is

LMAO... Why is this tournament specifically 'now or never'?? Is Gavrilova even any good on grass?

Re: WWW Birmingham?

It'd be very weird if anyone other than Duan won this.

Venus Kvitova
Halep Rybarikova
