Venus and Serena won't except losses

As for the Williams sisters, Venus was asked how long it will take for them to return to the top.

``Next event,'' she replied. ``We're both competitors more than anything. ... So we won't just sit back and accept a loss.''

you guys never give them a break, saying how they aren't motivated and that they are lazy, they may have to work harder now to be the best, but they certainly can be again, and i think they are going to shake things up at wimbledon again.

Most of the criticism is hypocrisy, it's why it can't be taken seriously. It's amazing how many traits they can embody ---- arrogance, laziness, domination, lack of it, confidence... they can never win with some in public opinion but if they lived their lives, public and tennis according to some, Venus and Serena would never have set foot on a tennis court.

As to the Sisters, their determination and belief in themselves in admirable. It's gotten them far and will continue to propel them to the success they've come accustomed to.

lol myskina agrees

The Williams sisters) lost a lot of months," Myskina said. "The (other) players kept practicing. Now everybody believes at least that they can fight with them.

"(But) I don't think they're done. They are going to be back. I mean, they were the best, they can be the best again. (But) it's going to be a little bit harder for them because I think right now more players are starting to believe that they can beat them."
