Jen...but it would be funny to see Paola, the "doubles specialist", win her first grand slam .

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think Dementieva is going to win the title. She's playing awesome tennis and will be oozing confidence after knocking off Davenport and Mauresmo back to back. The only questionable part of her game right now is her serve. But then again, which of these semifinalists doesn't have a questionable serve?

Jen is the favourite now, but we've seen what happens to favourites in this RG so.. I just don't know. I think all of them could take it at this point in the tournament. I'd give Jen the most chance because she's the only player left who's even been to a GS singles final and she's the least likely to give way to nerves, then probably Paola Suarez who also has tons of experience and is very good at frustrating power players on clay (see the demolotion of Maria), but Elena & Anastasia have both been playing extremely well too and definitely have a shot. This has been such a strange tournament that I don't know what to predict. If I had to place a bet, it'd probably be on Suarez but that's mostly cos I think I'd get the best odds on her!

I guess I would want Elena Dementieva to win most, but I think that Myskina winning it would serve the interests of women's tennis best. It would prove that it is still possible for a fragile-looking girl with no muscles to win big time on WTA. With all these weightlifters monopolizing women's tennis recently that would be really refreshing.
