Will slower conditions favor Capriati or Serena?

Wondering how this will effect the match? Looks like Serena was about to win the second set..

Think Capriati is a little more patient on clay and has better footwork.

I would say if it was going to benefit one of them it would be Jennifer.

Of course they are w/ their coaches, so will be interesting to see how this one plays out.

i agree-- this break will favour jennifer. serena was on a roll and this break may shift momentum towards jen again because she'll have a chance to regroup and refocus.

if serena maintains her focus and keeps her errors down and jen regroups, set 3 will be a dog fight!

Serena has made the required adjustments in the second set. She now knows what to do.

yeah but the court will play slower, so it may effect the momentum. This will show how the mental stuff can also play out.
