Serena vs. Safin : who would win? (Battle of the sexes 2)

I think that since Serena would win all the forehand-to-forehand exchanges that she would win 7-6 6-4 3-6 4-6 10-8. Safin
s blisters would not help at all. I think that Safin would have a hard time breaking Serena's serve and would just run out of steam in the 5th.

All Safin would have to do is slow his serve to about 120 MPH, and break Serena 2 to 6 times.... or if a three set match, 9 times.

Please, this idea is crazy. Serena would not have a prayer.

These threads are cluttering GM up

All replies are repeats of the stupid Serena vs Coria thread.

But, would Safin moon Serena? And, would Serena thwack him in response?

I STILL think that everyone is being sexist (or Serenist) in their analysis!
I don't think anyone understands just how hard Serena hits the ball.

We discussed Youzhny and the rest already. Marat would bagel her, even with blisters.
