Stewart also hopes to play college tennis for Army, though she will have to wait at least two years to do so. Right now, she cannot even practice or socialize with the team, though she may hit with local players or some of Army’s top men. And even though she played as a professional, earning $91,231 in career prize money, her expenses exceeded her prize money, leaving her eligible to play college tennis.
I didn't know about this rule, wonder how these expenses are actually figured out or there's just a monthly/yearly ceiling over which pros can still enroll and play NCAA.
