Your favorites 5 best wins

There is a thread on the 5 matches you wish your fav could have back and it got me depressed when I responded LOL!

So I decided to lighten the mood and give everyone a chance to list their fav's 5 or more best wins. I'll Start

Sammy

2002 Defeats number 4 seed Anne Kremer first round of Canberra

2002 As a wild card defeats Patty Schnyder in the second round of Miami in straight sets. This match was just a few weeks before Patty took out Serena.

2002 Defeats number 3 seed Schett in second round of Waikoloa to reach her second WTA QF. Saved match points in this one.

2003 As a qualifier takes out Sharapova (a WC that year) in the first round. Follows that up with a defeat of number 20 seed Suarez to reach the third round. This was at IW btw.

2003 In Bol she defeated Sprem, Wartusch, and Leon Garcia to reach her first tour level semi.

2003 In the first round at Wimbledon defeats number 25 seed Pistolesi in straight sets and then goes on to defeat Zuluaga in straight sets to achieve her best grand slam showing to date.

2004 In the first round of Rome takes out Raymond in three sets. Second round results pending

Reeves Tiff Dabek Lindsay Monica
Justine Venus Anna K Elena D Lindsay Lee Mirjana

Lindsay....

1996 Olympics Final. She was the 9# seed and no one would give ANYTHING to Lindsay against Sanchez Vicario, but she proved she was mentally stronged and outplayed the Spaniard 7-6, 6-2
The three Slams finals....
And the 2000 Indian Wells final against Martina. That match was just awesome, for me as a fan at least. Being down 2-4 and winning 10 straight games

def. Zvonareva (twice) - Strausborg and Vienna
def. Smahsnova (on clay) - Vienna
def. Farina - Gold Coast
def. Kuznetsova - Miami
def. Zuluaga (on clay, straight sets)

Yes, she has a top10 win, but beating dokic doesn't quite make the cut

ugh, why do they all suck????????

Amélie -
(more than 5, but I have to share )

1999 Bratislava - beats Kim ( ) for her first title
2001 Gaz de France - first title in France
2003 Rome - SF win over Serena
2003 Philadelphia - fantastic comeback over Ai in the semis
2002 Wimbledon - I'd never seen her play better in QF win over Jen
2004 Amelia Island - SF win over Justine
2003 YEC - SF win over Justine

Also have to mention 2nd round win over Morigami at Amelia this year. It was her first match back after her back injury and the death of her dad. Very emotional indeed.

HM - 2004 Hopman Cup - d. Clijsters 3-6, 7-6(6), 2-3 ret... (this match will not go down as a proper win but if you actually watched it, Molik was really attacking to perfection and saved 4 mp's in the 2nd TB and Kim only sustained her injury in the third.)

Venus!

Just five??....

99 Rome SF
00 WB QF/SF/F (over powering everyone in her way)
00 US Open SF (the BEST match ever)
01 Wimbledon--the entire event (again, dominating tennis)
01 San Diego F
01 US Open--the entire event (dominating tennis again...and the last time she showed nothing when playing Serena)
02 Amelia Island F--just for the comeback purposes
