I know that I LOVE Serena and Venus, but the woman to introduce the power game, and the first undisputed queen of the London Lawn is Martina Navratilova. She owns nine Wimbledon singles titles, and 11 more in doubles and mixed. She owns more titles than any other player in history, and even in her late forties, she is a major force on the doubles tour and a heavy contender to medal at this year's olympic games. Justine, Kim, Venus, Hingis, Jennifer, Lindsay, and even yeah...Serena, don't even belong in this category. It's no question. The next choice would be Steffi, and then Monica. But these current players should have their own poll. I'll make one right now, but on this all-time list, where are Evert, Billy Jean King, Goolagong, and Margaret Court. Now those are some of the all-time greats. I still put Navratilova at the head of the pack.
Career Grand Slam in your 20s? Been there done that. Career golden slam your 30s?
There's only 1. Been around the world, copped all 4 thrice.
