Warsaw 2nd RD: Venus vs. Zuluaga!

Zuluaga beats Medina Garrigues 7-6 6-4.

I think this could be a good match. Zuluaga reached the OZ SF, and clay is her best surface.

GO VENUS!

It's all in the hands of Venus Williams.

"Hatred is the coward's revenge for being intimidated" - George Bernard Shaw

"And for the best of the teen-agers who followed her, and who occasionally referred to her as over the hill, Graf had a ready answer: against top-ranked Martina Hingis, Graf wound up 7-2. Graf's stirring 4-6, 7-5, 6-2 throttling of Hingis at the French Open final this June was perhaps the most emphatic parting shot the game has ever seen. "

Who did she beat to get to the Semi?

"I told her, `You don't want to get into a hitting battle with Sharapova, because it would be uneven for Sharapova, because Sharapova only has one good side and that's her backhand,"'. "`You don't want to get into that for the simple reason you would win. So try to hit some balls to her strong side, to her backhand, and that would help you with your match for tomorrow

I think this will be a close match and it is in the hands of Venus. If she serves like she was serving at Fed Cup, she should have no problem, even if this is Fabiola's best surface.

BTW, I think this match will take place on Wednesday, which will give Venus an extra day's rest if she wins.

No offense to the columbia player but Venus will kick her butt.

Venus is coming off fresh from a successful FED CUP and extra training tips from BJK. I think she can do it!

Anything can happen, but I am hoping venus will win!! I really like Fabiola! I think though that Conchita is has more variety on clay and Venus demonstrated that when she is focused and plays HER game, she will come out on top!

One match at a time...that's how I'm taking it. I hope Venus will come out and play her game, and stays healthy. If she does that, then she's already fulfilled all of my wishes!!
