Beating both Williams sisters

The commentators said four had done it: Arantxa, Steffi, Hingis and Kim. I can only think of when ASV beat them both at Sydney (1998??) Where else did it happen, and was ASV the first to do it?

Thanks!

Halep Kvitova Venus
Shvedova Babos
Lucic Konjuh

Hingis beat both back to back at the Australian Open 2001 before losing to Capriati in the final.

Kim beat both at the WTA Championships 2002, but Venus retired with injury before the first set was over.
