Well... Clearly shows that Elena always have problems to play against Nadia!!!
But after her win over Venus, will that help Elena mentally and boost her confidence to play against Nadia this time?

Despite the one sided head-to-head's i give the win to Elena

"On the coin toss Martina said, "Do you want me to break your serve first or hold?" The umpire looked shocked. But we just both cracked up."
Lindsay Davenport, on a match she played with Martina Hingis.

Elena Dementieva
Justine Henin
Jennifer Capriati
Lindsay Davenport
Daniela Hantuchova

On current form? Elena is winning tight matches, while Nadya is going through her draw like a hurricane.. I think Nadya is going to win the whole thing.

Elena always has a chance, although Nadia seems much fresher.

Elena always has a chance, so I wish her the best of luck!

Why did Petrova beat Dementieva all the time? I think it was the other way round in the final of the Orange Bowl one year when Dementieva won 3/6, 6/4, 6/0... Not really sure! Did Dementieva beat Petrova in all their junior matches and now Petrova is able to gain revenge?

hm, i am not sure. based on H2H and the way nadia has been playing this tournament (just blowing her opponents away), i'd have to say advantage nadia. plus elena could be tired after the match with venus. on the other hand, she must feel really good after such a victory and confidence goes a long way.
