Jelena will be back in the top ten. She seems to have learnt a few things about scheduling. Not to mention how she doesn't have a whole lot to defend as she kept losing in the early rounds.

Rena- a tennis great! 22 at striking distance.

hopefully jelena will be back in the top 10 nearer the end of the year. but for now i see her staying 16-11 for quite a while.

I think she will stay around this ranking (15) for a while and then after Wimbledon she'll sink to 30-35.
I just think her game isn't good enough anymore when you compare her to upcoming talents (Sharapova, Zvonareva, Sprem, Safina).

I m sure Jelena will be in the top 20 or 10. Jelena is a very good player but She has the private problems.

Jelena is one of the most inconsistent players in the top 50. If you look at last years stats she had one of the worst win-loss percentages for most of the year but improved it towards the end with some good results at theend of the year..

i think jelena will finish the year top ten for sure if she doesnt have many off court dramas as she typically has..

Good luck to the Aussie and Balkan girls!

Let's face the truth: if she's capable losing to players like Bovina 06 in third (ranked around 35) then no way she belongs to top 10!

In that loss to Davenport I believe injury did play its part.

She can definitely get back into the Top 20 and if she plays really well she will be in the Top 10 but that is the big question - will she play consistently well to get herself into the top 10 again.

I think she is a better player than Myskina when in form, and Rubin and Sugiyama for that matter and they are all current Top 10 players right?

She has a chance but she has to play well week in week out.

Larry Scott is a moron.
