Jana Novotna, Wimbledon '98... the epitome of delayed gratification.

Also fun:
Iva Majoli, RG '97
Venus Williams, Wimbledon '00
Justine Henin-Hardenne, RG '03

Jana's Wimbey '98: was there a dry eye in the house?

Steffi's French '99: who knew the french loved her so? and who knew that a grown woman, with 21 other slam titles, would start jump/stomping on the platform once the trophy was in her hands?

Rena's US Open '99: she did a classic "oh my god" performance, just about bumped into the back wall.

Venus' Wimbey '00: sheer joy took hold of that girl; she couldn't act tough, couldn't act cool, got all leggy and unlady, would have done a cartwheel if her dress didn't get in the way.

Someone is quietly turning back the clock...to them bulldozer dayz...

Always on the lookout for a great tennis match.

I love this pic of Vee - it 's after her ¼ final win over Hingis -'00 Wimby

First win oven Linds in a slam

"I love the game, I love the thrill, I love the "Go Venus`."
"It takes a lot of work to get to this level, so while I can play I'm going to play."

Serena's reaction was really great.

I also enjoyed watching Capriati win her first two slams.

Also Navratilova Wimbledon 1990.

But for my real favorites I have to move outside of the female gender ---- Ivanisevic at Wimbledon 2001, and Agassi Roland Garros 1999/Wimbledon 1992!

I like Venus's US 2001 win when she hugged Serena at the net and told her she loved her. No other opponent would (at least they don't) ever do that. Venus's heart is so special.

Definetly Venus at 00 WImby. That was priceless, so could have jumped right over D-port, she got some air. And She had the biggest smile I have seen!! Serena just drops her racquet and puts her arms up, except for 99 Us Open, that was a good one though

Maybe they would all do that if they were playing their sister.

No one can top Venus's 2000 win at Wimbledon, it was the best. Serena's in 1999 made me cry and it reminds me of the same reaction I will do when I'm a pro. All of Agassi's are good, I love the man.

I loved Hingis's reaction when she beat Venus in the 1999 U.S. Open Semifinals, the way she screamed it showed she wanted it bad...

Oh, I didn't think of that! Yeah, she was so thrilled to win that match!

What a cool year 1999 was in general.
