Who are the MOST CONSISTENT players outside the Top 10?

seems like there's always a thread asking, "who is the most inconsistent, streakiest, whatever" which got me thinking, is ANYBODY in women's tennis consistent?

my vote for consistency goes to Suarez, Zvonareva and Tannasugarn, they usually beat the players they are supposed to beat.

It's funny. Some people thrast inconsistency, yet say the others who
are consistent are boring draw fodder.

Sugiyama had a consistent year last year. She beat most of the players she should have.

I cannot agree more! If you like her you'd better come see her play against a player ranker lower than her for sure. Her slams results are one of the most impressive as far as regularity is concerned.

Dechy is an excellent choice for overall consistency on both ends of the scale. On the "winning when you're supossed to end" Myskina comes to mind. In the last two years she had maybe five (or so) losses to opponents where she was favored...not bad.

STEFWHIT'S MILLATARY RANKS:
The Commander In Chief: Steffi Graf
General: Serena Williams
Admiral: Kim Clijsters
Lieutenant General: Elena Dementieva
Major General: Myskina

nominees for Brigadier General:
Venus, Golovin, Lindsay, Petrova, and Pierce

Lisa Raymond, she's been ranked in between 30 and 20 in the world for something like 9 years. I think she asks the ranking of the player before coming on court to decide if she's losing or winning the match .

Year end ranking:
2003-28
2002-29
2001-22
2000-31
1999-28
1998-27
1997-17
1996-33
1995-20
