I asked before the board lost messages, but it seems with all the injuries...why can't she go undefeated?

(BTW: she's already 10-0 this season...and clay is right around the corner )

Are you talking last year? Obviously Serena's extreme weakness is clay.

Henin's weakness would be grass, and I don't consider her "weak" on grass since she's RU SF SF at the big W

Gee-I don't know-history and the fact that she's not THAT good?

C'mon What's Henin's longest winning streak-has she even reached 20 straight?

No female has gone undefeated in a calendar year since 1940.
Martina couldn't do it.
Steffi couldn't do it.
Court-nah
Even Mo Connolly.

And Henin isn't even breathing the air on their level.

Get back to us with this if she lasts therough the French without losing.

Then we'll talk

I think it's pretty unlikely, but then again I would have said "absolutely not" to the idea that Justine could go undefeated on hardcourt last season... It's definitely within Justine's capabilities to go undefeated on clay, she's a pretty good grass-court player (second only to Venus & Serena) and she's shown that she's definitely better than everyone who played on hardcourts last season (clearly, whether she would be better than Venus or Serena is in doubt). So, on balance, I give her perhaps a 20% chance of going undefeated.

No, I don't. Right now there are three things helping Justine out. One, Kim is too tight in the Slam finals, two is that Serena has been out injured for a while. And finally, some others who could beat her such as,Lindsay, Venus and Amelie haven't been playing up to par lately. Now, if those things change and I think they will then Justine is in for a down fall real soon.

Some wishful thinking!
Justine played Kim, Lindsay & Amelie this year already and beat them, you know!
And as tennisIlove09 said, clay is around the corner!

But the answer to the original question is "no", but I would love too!

No, simply because it is virtually impossible to do so. If she did, there should be more made out of the lack of competition rather than Justine being that great. Becuase at the end of the day, no-one is that great.

Myskina * Henin-Hardenne * Zvonerava
