Serena Williams, Amelie Mauresmo out of Paris

"Serena Williams feels insufficiently recovered from her operation to participate. Last year she won the title in Paris"

But does this garantee her a 3rd seed? I think that rank can only help her to get a direct entry into the main draw!

I agree, Third seed seems a little peculiar, Patty now has Kim in her Part of the draw

It would be understandable if Sandrine were just given a direct entry to the event but seeding her is rediculous and honestly I don't think she desrves it. She has been away for about two years and just came back and got seeded? It doesn't make any sense!

Well it's likley, Patty has a habit of getting into Kims side of the draw, So I like my chances

I like Sandrine, but leaving the game for two years, and being seeded with some of her Results, I don't think it's fair because I believe she will not fufill her seeding, good luck though (I like my chances on this aswell )
