I'm glad that Venus lost, but...

...not because of Venus but b/c of her greedy fans. They don't have any patience and expectations that player who was out for 6 months could win the GS, are outrageous. I hope next time they will be more careful with their predictions and have a little bit more respect for other players.

arent you people satisfied with having 20+ threads on venus?

....This is fucked up, fucked up....

This is your blind spot, blind spot.
It should be obvious, but it's not.

You cannot kickstart a dead horse
You just crush yourself and walk away
I don't care what the future holds
Cause I'm right here in your arms today
With your fingers you can touch me

I'll be your black swan, black swan
I'm for spare parts, broken up.

Well -

what the %&$! do you call it when she was off with tendinitis in both wrists - for months! - and came back to demolish the field and scoop up two slams? If her fans believed she could do it, it was because she had done it before. It's a tall order for any player, but Venus had already shown her mettle.

Jeez. As said Metatron, I hate it when some people need everything spelled out for them.
